We are seeking Game Hosts to run events. Anyone can submit applications to run board game or rpg events. If you are interested, feel free to submit an event application
You can submit an event by clicking here OR by going to Host > Submissions in the navigation bar on the site above.
For a detailed breakdown on how to submit an event, visit TableTop Events' instructions on the topic.
You can submit as many events as you like in the following categories: - Board Games - RPG
If you intend to play in a game you are hosting, please: - Include yourself in the Max Tickets number - Indicate you will be playing by responding to Will event host also play the game? with "yes". This reserves one of the tickets for you. When your event is scheduled it will show that one ticket has been reserved.
If one of your events fills up and you have not reserved your seat, you are expected to participate as a GM only.
Players should include all available seats for a player at your event including you if you are playing (see above note). "Spaces" is the number of tables your event requires. This should remain as 1 space unless you event is multi-table.
Printed event sheets will be available on the day of the convention. This will allow for day-of signups. As a Game Host you agree to collect these prior to your game starting, signing it and turning it in sometime after the event to the Registration Desk.
Hosts who run 7 or more hours of board games over the course of the weekend will be eligible for a 50% discount on a weekend convention badge the following year. These hours are verified through your turned-in Event Sheets, so be sure to submit them to the Registration Desk.
