NEA Game Fest 2025

Volunteer at NEA Game Fest

Interested in making NEA Game Fest 2025 the best ever?

Hands raised with "become a volunteer" displayed on banner

NEA Game Fest is a volunteer-run event and couldn’t exist without countless hours of work from hundreds of dedicated fans. We have volunteering opportunities for everyone, even without prior experience.

Before the convention, volunteers will need to keep tabs with team email communications and watch any pre-con presentations. Shifts will be available from the time we start setup on Wednesday until we finish tear down on Sunday.

Volunteers are NOT required to purchase a 2025 badge, but you will be ineligible to participate in attendee-hosted events/tournaments or check-out games from the library. You can still bid on silent auction items throughout the weekend.
