Fan Tables are an opportunity to promote your organization, community, or cause but please note that sales or collecting monetary donations are not permitted at these tables. Each fan table includes a 6' banquet table for you to decorate / share your materials, and 2 chairs.

The is no cost to apply. If selected you will receive a link to purchase your fan table badge.
Fan table badges get you a badge with your organization name only. You are allowed to shop with vendors, bid on silent auction items, and purchase concessions. You are not allowed to win prizes, participate in events, checkout games. Attendee badges may be purchased separately.
All attendees including those hosting fan tables must abide by our code of conduct.
Apply to host a fan table at NEA Game Fest 2025
When you reserve a fan table you will reserve it for the full day. You can set up for as much or as little as you like, but we ask that you try to be present for peak times (afternoon or evening). Fan tables are in the public gaming space and will not be closed off at any time. You are responsible for any materials at your fan table. Please plan accordingly.
The venue will be open Wednesday, July 16, from 6:00 PM until 10:00 PM for anyone who wants to set up their fan table the evening before the convention officially opens. Alternatively, if you are able we ask that you set up your fan table from 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM (before the convention officially opens) on any day of the convention.
Move in and move out time can be at any time, but we ask that you be respectful of our attendees, and try to avoid moving in or out during peak hours. Move out times must be prior to midnight on Thursday-Saturday, and prior to 6:00 PM on Sunday.
