Each vendor space costs $100, is roughly 8'x9' and comes with two 6' banquet tables, and two chairs. Your vendor space purchase includes a free Adult 4 Day Badge with full convention access, and 2 limited access vending only badges with just your business name. To apply to be a vendor please fill out the form linked below by Saturday March 15th. All vendors must abide by our code of conduct.
Apply to be a vendor at NEA Game Fest 2025
The vendor hall will be open each day from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM (5:00 PM on Sunday). At 6:00 PM, we'll wall off and lock up the vendor hall overnight.
The venue will be open Wednesday, July 16, from 6:00 PM until 10:00 PM for anyone who wants to set up their booth the evening before the convention officially opens. Alternatively, we ask that you set up your booth from 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM (before the convention officially opens) on any day of the convention.
Move out starts at 5:00 PM on Sunday. If you need to move out earlier, please wait until after the vendor hall is closed for the evening (6:00 PM) as to not inconvenience the other merchants.
