Thank you for your interest in vendor booth opportunities at Mythic Con. Our convention would not be the same without our wonderful vendors!

Mythic Con Charlotte will be held November 8th - 10th, 2024 at the University Hilton Charlotte.

Vendor booths will be $100 for an 8x8 space and $125 for a 12x12 space. Please bring your own tables. If you are not able to provide your own tables, the fee will be an additional $60 per table.

We are asking that each exhibitor donate an item or two for random giveaways throughout the convention. This is a way for us to promote Mythic Con as well as your business. Please include your business card or a sticker to further promote your business. This is optional but greatly appreciated.

Please fill out the exhibitor application. You will receive an email to let you know when the application is approved, or possibly to request further information before approval.

As an added benefit, we will promote your business on our social media pages.
