Our room block directly affects the success of the convention, THANK YOU for booking through our Official Room Block. Please note only reservations made through our Official Room Block will receive the perks listed below. Reservations made through third party sites (Expedia, etc...) will not qualify for the Official Room Block perks.

Welcome Wednesday! All Guests with reservations through our Official Room Block including a Wednesday 1/13 stay may pick up their badges from 7pm-9pm and join us for Open Gaming until Midnight! (Champion Level GMs and Jump the Line Guests not staying in the Official Room Block are also welcome)
ALL Reservations made within the Official Room Block will receive a copy of The Fog: Escape from Paradise, courtesy of Grand Gamers Guild (one per reservation)
All Reservations made within the Official Room Block will receive a title from Rio Grande Games (one per reservation, titles may vary)
ALL Reservations made within the Official Room Block for three or more nights will receive a SECOND title from Rio Grande Games (one per reservation, titles may vary)
Parking is FREE and The Ingleside is a Pet Friendly hotel.
Outside food is not permitted in the convention/gaming spaces. If you wish to bring in/have outside food delivered you must consume the food in your own Hotel Room. Outside beverages such as coffee and soda may be permitted, but outside alcohol is not allowed in the convention spaces at any time.
Midwinter Gaming Convention Badges include Convention Admission ONLY, Waterpark passes may be purchased separately through The Ingleside
