GM Information

We are always looking for GMs to run games at our convention. GMs who run 12 or more hours of games are eligible for a free badge and a T-shirt. Other GM perks are developing, so come back to see if there are any changes!

Those wishing to judge for organized campaigns (Pathfinder, D&D Adventurers League, Shadowrun, etc.) and miniatures games (Star Wars, Star Trek, BattleTech, etc.), email our Director of Gaming, Erik Zane at gaming@mepacon.com.

Those wishing to GM a round of Artemis, contact Amanda Shafer at artemis@mepacon.com.

Registration Dates

Pre-paid badges are available now.

Game submission for GMs is open from July 29th until October 4th.

Player ticket sales will open September 16th. Player registration and ticket sales will close on November 1st.

Full refunds will be available up until 11:59 on November 3rd. Please contact admin@mepacon.com with any registration questions.

PLEASE NOTE: Gaming begins at 2 PM on Friday!
