For just six (6) hours of your time running an event(s) in total we will issue you a complimentary weekend badge. Your event needs to be approved and scheduled BEFORE the badge will be issued.

For just eight (8) hours of your time helping the staff run the convention we will issue you a complimentary weekend badge. Your application must be approved and your requested shift accepted before a badge will be issued.

We work on the honor system with our GMs and Volunteers.

You will need the badge issued before you can buy tickets, merchandise or Flea Market booths so the sooner you submit your game or your volunteer application, the better.

NOTE!! Event Hosts must have their Tabletop.events settings set to use their Real Name, and to allow Organizers to see their email address. You can find these setting by clicking on your name in the top right corner, going to My Account, going to Preferences & Settings, and then changing Email to allow Organizers to see email, and under Preferences to have your Real Name displayed on the site.
