ICON is an annual science fiction, fantasy, and speculative fiction convention held in the Iowa City region since 1975

What's Happening

Join your geeky friends for ICON 50 to celebrate science fiction, fantasy, and speculative fiction. The convention is all day Saturday, October 24, with some optional activities the night of Friday, October 23.

ICON 50 is officially on Saturday, but the room block is available both Friday, October 23 and Saturday, October 24, 2026.
