When you submit a time period it must be one of the following periods - alternate times should be of another time period (times are not guaranteed until finalized, all slots are 4 hours long except for Sunday):
DAY 1 - FRIDAY: 2 PM to 6 PM ❖ 7 PM to 11 PM
DAY 2 - SATURDAY: 9 AM to 1 PM ❖ 2 PM to 6 PM ❖ 7 PM to 11 PM
DAY 3 - SUNDAY: 9 AM to 3 PM (6 hour slot)
GMs have the option to run events as a bystander or play in their own event. If the event sells out and the GM has not purchased a ticket to reserve their seat they are expected to participate as a GM only. As a GM you agree to tidy your event space before you leave and to vacate it in advance of the next event so they may set up.
