Apply to Exhibit and/or Sponsor

Each exhibitor set up hours start Thursday afternoon at noon, and the floor closes on Sunday. Only Vendors and GMs are able to access the space at 8AM, room opens at 8:45AM and close anytime after the dinner break at 6PM. Sunday is 8AM until after 11AM. Setup and teardown are at the direction of the convention manager. Each table is $100 and $60
