Schedule of Events

*Vendor hours may vary based on the vendor and their staffing levels.

HiJinx will use a staggered start time scheduling system. This means that gaming events may begin on the hour, every hour, at the times indicated below. The minimum event length is two hours.

This differs from the more traditional block scheduling used by many conventions, where games start only at limited, specific times within set blocks. This staggered system allows attendees to build fuller schedules with less downtime, so you can spend more of the weekend gaming if you choose!

No events will start at 12p or 6p to allow for meal breaks. Games may continue through these times if they started at an earlier time.

* Events must end by 5:00pm.

Badge Rates

HiJinx offers two types of badges for attendees: preregistration and day-of. Preregistration badges will be on sale starting May 2026 and will close for sales at the end of July 2026.

HiJinx 2026 will offer Premium Weekend Badges! These exclusive badges include a discounted merch bundle, an exclusive HiJinx item available only with this badge (stay tuned for details on this special item!), and 72 hours of early access for game sign-ups.

Only 20 Premium Weekend Badges will be available for purchase. In addition, a limited number of Premium GM Upgrades will be offered, which include the merch bundle, exclusive item, and early sign-up access—while still accounting for the complimentary GM Badge.

Day of Badge and ticket sales will open in early August 2026.

Gamemasters may earn a free Weekend Badge by hosting events. Please visit our Gamemaster Information Page for complete details!

Refunds, minus processing fees, can be requested through this registration site until July 31st, 2026. After that date please email info@hijinxconn.com to request a refund.

Ticket sales (game signups) for preregistration badge holders and gamemasters will open June 21st, 2026, and close July 31st, 2026.

^Premium Weekend Badges comes with a discounted merch bundle that includes a convention t-shirt, convention tote, convention tape measure, special Mayhem merch item (only available as part of the Premium Badge) and 72 hours of early access to game sign-ups!

*Children ages 11 and younger are welcome to participate in convention events for free when accompanied by a guardian or responsible adult as seats are available. Children 11 and under may get a free guest badge at the Registration Desk.

**Premium Gamemaster badge upgrade turns a Gamemaster's complimentary weekend badge into a Premium Weekend badge.

Convention Facility & Lodging

We’re thrilled to host HiJinx at the Fireside Inn & Suites, just off Airport Road in the heart of the 12A shopping district just off Exit 20 in West Lebanon. Located just minutes from everything in the Upper Valley. Here’s what you can look forward to on-site:

Room rates will be $149.95* for Thursday night and $169.95* a night for Friday and Saturday night and include the breakfasy buffet each morning of your stay!

Illness Policy

HiJinx follows State and Local requirements concerning Covid or Flu as they stand at the time of the convention. We will keep attendees updated on the status of these requirements and restrictions as we approach the date of the Convention. Currently there are no restrictions or requirements in place from State or local authorities.

Attendees are welcome to wear masks and we encourage anyone that is more comfortable in a social setting wearing a mask to do so. Harassment of anyone wearing a mask is a violation of the Mayhem H&D Policy.
