You will not be considered until you complete the entire survey. Note: missing or incomplete answers may delay your consideration.We may ask additional questions of you after your survey is complete, such as how does what you sell help further our mission of inclusiveness and representation.

IMPORTANT: This application is an application of INTEREST for a vendor/author/artist space only. We will not be able to accommodate every potential vendor, author, and artist! Our attendees only have so many dollars to spend, and we want each vendor to be financially successful. We could find more places to tuck vendors and cram people in, but that wouldn't provide a good experience for everyone. And so, we cannot guarantee a spot in our space. Vendors are chosen by the HexaCon committee, and you will be informed of our decision either way.

Those vendors who are chosen who wish to be sponsors will have their vendor space choices taken into account before non-sponsors.
