GOBfest's mission is to support, grow and diversify the Alberta board gaming community.

Tabletop.events does not yet support Canadian currency (CAD). All credit charges are made in US dollars (USD). Please follow this link for a more detailed explanation of badge prices.

We are proud to offer the following during the convention:

Hosted Events

We have a full schedule of events to play over the weekend including:

• Tournaments
• GOBfest hosted gaming
• Player hosted gaming
• Social games

Once you've purchased your badge, you can buy tickets to these events which reserve your seat on game day. If the event is fully pre-registered, you will be wait-listed until a seat opens.

Open Gaming

Our GOBfest Game Hosts are on hand to help select and teach games from our convention library.

Escape Games

New this year. Mobile Escape is here with two of their tabletop games. Games can be played in groups of up to 6. Tickets can be purchased here.

Live Auction

New this year!! We expect to have room for about 200 games for sale. Important, it's CASH ONLY!

Flea Market

The Flea Market will be held at 12:30pm on Sunday in the Gym. Remember it's CASH ONLY! If you want to sell games at the Flea Market, tickets for a flea market table are on a first come, first served basis. For more information and to buy Flea Market tables, follow this link!

Prototype Alley

Every year we're proud to feature yet to be published games from aspiring local game designers! Drop by the Alley to test out a new game or talk some serious shop with some of Edmonton's most innovative creative minds. Click here to see some of the prototypes that will be at this year's convention!

Mystery Boxes

From the Gamers' Lodge, you can buy a mystery box for pickup at GOBfest. The catch is, you don't know what is in the box until you open it. Check out merchandise for more detail.
