Seminar and Panel Policy

Would you like to host a seminar or a panel? We will do our best to schedule them!

Before you submit please understand that we do not have the ability to supply visual equipment and limited ability to support audio needs. Panels must be PG- 13. Panels will not be scheduled on Friday or Saturday nights. We have limited time slots, so we will be very selective in which submissions are approved.

In order to be considered for approval, you must send an email to andrea@gamergirlgames.com including the following information:

• An abstract or summary of the event.

• Anticipated number of attendees.

• Requested time/day slot you hope to run the event.

• If the event has been run previously, and any details that can be shared from that event.

Please send that email before you enter a submission into Tabletop.events. After review we will let you know if your panel/seminar is approved!
