Welcome to Geekway to the West!

How this works - you fill out an application. We review it and approve it (probably!) You'll get a notification that it is approved. Then you come back here, and choose the booth you want. You'll get prompted to pay. Put in your payment info - and then the booth is yours. That's it! if you have questions, shoot us an email (jeff@geekway.com).

The sooner you pay, the sooner you get a booth. And, the faster you get access to our vendor hotel block. Please pay early, and avoid problems! Thanks!

Logistics (subject to change but this is close):

Load in and setup is May 13 from 6-10 pm, and May 14 from 8am to 12pm.

Vendor Hall hours are:

  • May 14: 12p-5p
  • May 15: 10a-5p
  • May 16: 10a-5p
  • May 17: 10a-3p
