Badge sales are now closed, and Geekway is sold out. Geekway does not sell tickets at the door.

A note on refunds: If you are going to refund your badge, consider selling it to someone else looking for one instead and avoid the 6% fee (see below for details)! If you prefer to refund your badge, they are available until May 8 at 8 AM CT. Please see this page (section on refunds) for more information on how to refund your badge. There will be no refunds after this date.

Are you looking for a badge? You can join our Slack or our Discord and find the "Looking for Tickets" channels. If you'd like to buy/sell a badge, detailed instructions are on this page. Please note! Buying a badge is "buyer beware." Be careful of scammers. They are out there. If you'd like us to verify that a person selling a badge really has one to give, email us at reg@geekway.com and we can try to help. Please include the seller's name and badge number (they can find this in their receipt, or on their own Tabletop Events page.)

A note on fees: We use the fine platform of Tabletop Events to manage our convention. And they do a good job, but it costs more than a unicorn's horn sharpener! This year, we are absorbing the fees that we are charged (about 6.5% per badge sold). However, if you ask for a refund, we still need to cover those fees.

Refund Policy - You can refund your badge until Friday, May 8, at 8:00 AM Central Time. We will keep 6% of your purchase price to cover fees that are charged by Tabletop Events. After May 8, no refunds are available!

Don't forget to buy a t-shirt! You can buy t-shirts at the same time as you buy your badge, or anytime after up to the deadline of April 6. New this year, we are offering two different t-shirt designs by Mark Sellmeyer. You can choose the Geekway to the Portal shirt, or the Geekway to the Rainbow shirt. Both are available in straight cut, and also curvy (femme) cut. Order one, order both, collect them all!
