is a tabletop gaming convention focused on the independent and small publisher side of the industry, while also making table-space for gaming available to the general public, providing a game library, and including special events for attendees. GTEX 2018 will be located in the Gilruth Center, a public conference center on the grounds of the Johnson Space Center. Join us for a full day of tabletop gaming on September 29, 2018.

Open Gaming
GTEX is proud to include the Ettin Games and Hobbies board game library at our inaugural event. The library is open to all attendees for the duration of the show, so come find a new game or play an old favorite!
GTEX Raffle
Enter the GTEX raffle by visiting our Exhibitor's booths for a chance to win gift certificates or games donated by our sponsors. Get your raffle card from the registration desk when you pick up your badge and then visit each of our nine exhibitors and our partner Skirmisher Publishing to collect proof of your visit to each booth. Collecting said proof will require at least talking to them about their games and possibly viewing or participating in a demo of a game. Once you've visited all ten, return your card to registration for an entry into the raffle which will take place at 10pm in the Destiny Ballroom.

Play-to-Win Games
We're excited to be working with Double Exposure to bring you the chance to win some games just for trying them out at GTEX! For those unfamiliar with the play-to-win concept, you simply play the game while at the show and everyone who plays it is entered for a chance to win that copy of the game once the show is over. There's no fee other than your admission badge for GTEX. The drawing for the winners of these games will be held concurrently with our raffle at 10pm in the Destiny Ballroom. These games will be located in the open gaming area of the Destiny Ballroom.
Charity Events
GTEX is proud to partner with everyone's favorite wookiee at the Peter Mayhew Foundation to help do some good in our world. Both our Star Wars Destiny and X-Wing tournament costs will be fully donated to the Peter Mayhew Foundation and will also feature some extra prize support courtesy of the wookiee himself. Our Infinity tournament will include a raffle of its own to benefit the Peter Mayhew Foundation. See all Charity Events.
Hosted Events
GTEX also offers hosted events run by local game masters and company sponsored demo groups. Look for Pathfinder Society and Adventurer's League games to be added once their new content is available and the hosts have decided what to run. Check our schedule of events to sign up.
