We've had some questions recently about how to claim a complementary badge for volunteering at FlatCon and wanted to clarify the process.

If you're volunteering to help in two or more slots at the con, you qualify to have your badge reimbursed. (And you get a free shirt!)

The process is simple:

1. Buy a badge for the days you intend to attend.
2. Select at least two shifts/stations you'd like to volunteer at.
3. Once you have completed your last shift, head to the registration desk and let them know that you've finished and they will reverse the charge. (We cannot reverse the "convenience fee" Tabletop.Events charges unfortunately.)
