Apply to Exhibit
Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor at EGG CON III. Please fill out the application and submit it in order to be considered. There is no payment due at this stage. Space at EGG CON III is limited and having a diverse mix of merchandise for our attendees is imperative. We will review and approve exhibitor applications as they are submitted. Approval is based on past history at EGG CON, variety and order of submission. Once approved, you will receive an email with a link back to this site where you will be able to choose and pay for a booth(s) as well as purchase additional badges if needed (each booth space comes with 2 Exhibitor badges).
Exhibitor space is located in the EGG CON Bazaar at Harbor Shores on Lake Geneva in the Lighthouse Ballroom. Exhibitor booths are approximately 9'6"x10'. Two Chairs, One 6' table, WiFi and electricity are available at no charge, upon request.
Exhibitor/Artist Rates:
Interior 9’6”x 10‘ booth - $325
Corner 9’6”x 10‘ booth - $375
The Bazaar will be open July 16th - 19th with setup taking place starting at 6:00am on Thursday the 16th.
The Vendor Hall will be open for all attendees and to the public:
- Thursday, 12:00pm to 5:00pm,
- Friday, 10:00am to 5:00pm,
- Saturday, 10:00am to 5:00pm,
- and Sunday, 10:00am to 2:00pm
Game Wizard and Crusader badge holders will have early access to vendor hall beginning at 11:00am Thursday.
To help encourage customer traffic:
During BAZAAR open hours access to the BAZAAR Event Room (see below) will only be accessible by passing through the BAZAAR vendor space. When the BAZAAR closes each day the door will be locked and access to the event room will be from the lobby.
The BAZAAR will be open to the public. Event badges are not needed for BAZAAR customers. EGG CON III badges are required for ALL other Con event spaces.
