SUITE RATES & POLICIES
We have negotiated the following room rates for DT Retreat attendees:
- Standard King/Double-Queen Suites -- $145/night plus tax
- King Deluxe Suites -- $165/night plus tax
- Villas -- $320/night plus tax
Suite rates are effective 4 days pre- and 4 days post-con, pending availability. Rates are based on single/double occupancy for suites and up to 4 adults for villas. Additional adults are $15.00/night plus tax. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Reservations cancelled after October 22, 2021 will be charged one-night's room & tax, including no-shows.

IMPORTANT — Hey folks, Tom Vasel here! We are requiring everyone coming to the convention — even if you are local to the Orlando area — to book hotel rooms through us at the Caribe. The reason we are doing this is to help us meet our contracted room block commitment with the hotel, which, in turn, helps us with the rate for our convention space. If we don’t have people stay at the hotel, we simply can’t get the space. We also encourage you to avoid booking through third-party vendors, for as tempting as their offer may appear, it usually comes with many strings and added fees attached. HOTEL FEE WAIVED FOR OUR GROUP!!
The hotel fee has been waived for our group, and you'll enjoy amenities such as resort-style pools and hot tubs, state-of-the-art fitness center, in-room WiFi, business center, and in-room refrigerators, microwaves and coffee service. To take advantage of this savings, you must be booked under the Dice Tower Retreat - Orlando block at the hotel.
PARKING RATES AT THE CARIBE
The self-parking rate for registered hotel guests is $7.50/day plus tax, which is 50% off of the current daily self-parking rate of $15.00 per day. PLEASE NOTE: If you are booked outside of our hotel block, you will not receive the discounted rate.
For those attending the Retreat, but not staying at the hotel, the parking rate is $15.00 per day plus tax, which is a 25% savings off of the current rate of $20.00 per day. Both rates include 24-hour in-and-out privileges.
