Let's kick the festivities off with a fun night full of events before the convention officially starts. Meet up with players from across the globe, grab your convention badge and Goody Box early, play special games on select 3D tables, complete the “Decode Your Mission Orders” group event, and more!
This is a fan-hosted event taking place in the same hotel as the convention. Event times and locations for the evening are shown on the Fan Meet-Up map and include:
- 6:00pm - 8:00pm – First, stop by the Brimstone Saloon to pick-up your Fan Meet-Up packet. Next, head over to Registration and Early Check-In to grab your official DiceFest 2025 Badge and Goody Box. Then hang out to play a special Mission on 3D tables (see below).
- 8:00pm - 11:00pm – Join the Halloween Party hosted by Flying Frog Productions.
- 9:00pm - 12:00am – Travel to the Game Library, check out a Core Set, and be one of the first to play the official DiceFest 2025 Saga Mission. Players will receive a copy of the Misson and a new Promo Card.
- Open Gaming 3D tables – Play the “A Gathering of Spies” Mission or the official DiceFest 2025 Saga Mission on select 3D tables. Tables will first be open during Registration and Early Check-In to play “A Gathering of Spies”. (Please note tables will accommodate a limited number of players and are first come, first served).
- “Decode Your Mission Orders” Event – Spies from each of the six Trederran Factions have gathered to share what they know about an even greater looming threat to them all. Throughout the evening, collectively piece together the data you’ve received, decode your Mission Orders, and report back to the event host to equip your Heroes for future Adventures.
