About DiceFest

After so many years of having booths at amazing conventions like Gen Con, PAX, and Origins, where Flying Frog was just a small part of a huge convention, we wanted to do more. DiceFest is our own show, that allows us to unleash all sorts of thematic games, events, painting classes, cosplay, contests, and more! DiceFest is three days of wall-to-wall gaming!

Events

Here are examples of events to engage with at DiceFest:

• Large 3D game tables with beautiful detail, bringing games to life like never before!

• Giant versions of your favorite games!

• Massive mega-games with up to 16 players working together toward the mission goal, but also competing for the prize stashes along the way!

• Panels and presentations featuring the game designers Jason and Scott Hill, and the cast of characters who have appeared in our games.

• Meet the creators and artists behind your favorite Flying Frog games, and get your collector's items signed.

• Pull up a seat at the Brimstone Saloon, and enjoy a mug of frosty cold rootbeer between games.

• Show off your creative skills in costume contests, painting contests, and the Bitz Box Brawl, with prizes for the best entries.
• Try your aim at our crazy nerf shooting gallery, where you compete on a timed course to shoots monsters and outlaws, and score bragging rights as the fastest team in the west!

• Flying Frog's Infamous "Dinged and Dented" Sale. Snap up some truly amazing deals on games, expansions, and miniatures with light damage and a heavily-discounted price tag!
• Displays of costumes, props, and original artwork from our games that you just won't find anywhere else but the Flying Frog Prop & Costume Museum!

• Flying Frog Music Director, Mary Beth Magallanes leads the charge for a concert on DiceFest Saturday night - first performing soundtrack songs from the games and then joining other Flying Frog notables for a rock concert of classic cover songs.

"That part is really interactive because we'll pull fans and other Flying Frog folks up on stage for a song!"

• Flying Frog Studio Painter, Aaron Lovejoy, holds court in the Painting Area, where gamers can grab a pre-primed Brimstone mini and sit down at the 'Paint n' Take' tables, stocked with paints and brushes, to hone their painting skills and get tips from the master!

We put together the first DiceFest in 2017 and serious fans traveled from far and wide to take part - it became a bit of a party! People who had seen each others' posts in forums for years were suddenly face-to-face and at times, it was like a reunion.

DiceFest Goody Box

Each 3-Day Adult Badge purchase includes the DiceFest Goody Box, filled with Promos and the DiceFest exclusive game miniature, made specifically for DiceFest! Check back closer to the convention for more information on the exclusive mini and other Goody Box contents.

Goody Box is NOT included in single-day badges, Kids badges, Guest Badges, or other promotional rates. It is only included in 3-Day Adult Badges (including 3-Day Early Bird Badges, 3-Day + Halloween Badges, and 3-Day Adult Badges purchased with the Roll-To-Move Discount).
