We are currently accepting submissions to the Indie Tabletop Showcase and Annual/Corporate Sponsors. After the showcase submissions have been judged we will open up Platinum and Silver Exhibitor booth options.

Indie Showcase

The Indie Showcase is a curated and judged collection of games from local designers, eligible to win Figgies Awards at the event. Submissions to the Indie Showcase will be open until April 23, 2017.

To get started, first submit an Exhibitor Application and register your submission below ($20 entry fee). When the system asks for your Company Logo & Description, you can upload your game's information there. After you register and pay for your submission, you will need to provide the following items BY APRIL 23:

• Game name
• Brief description (1 to 2 paragraphs)
• 5 minute intro video
• 3 to 5 action shots
• Game rulebook
• NOTE: The submitted game cannot have been published more than 12 months ago. Prototypes are perfectly fine to submit!
• NOTE: You will not be asked to send in a playable prototype for this submission process.

Submissions that are accepted into the Showcase will receive a full-sized booth and two attendee badges. Submissions that are not accepted may transfer their $20 entry fee to the purchase of another exhibition option, pending availability.
