Tens (10's)

I'll teach you how to play the card game Tens & we can play 2-3 games. Tens is card game where players can play any amount of the same number as long as it is lower then the number played before them. If there is a cumulative of 4 or more of the same number played in a row, the pile clears & that player can start a new pile. If at any time you cannot play a number lower then the number shown, you need to pick up the pile. 10's are wild and insta clear the pile but are -50 points if in hand.
