CincyCon XV

Welcome to CincyCon XV, which is Friday February 28th, 2025 through Sunday March 2nd, 2025. We are back at the Butler County Fairgrounds for another great year, which has FREE parking. Please see the Lodging page has information about the hotel rates for CincyCon attendees. Please review our Show Rules.

This year we have moved to TableTop Events for the attendee registration, game registration & submission, and vendor registration. Attendees will need to have a TableTop Events account to buy a badge and Game Masters will still receive there badge with running events. They will need to submit events first and have them approved.

Convention Badges

Weekend Pre-Reg cost is $25, please purchase here.

Game Masters (Hosts) get badges free for running events, please submit events first and we will assign you a Game Master Badge.

Youth (12 and under) is $2.00 and can be purchased by the parents.

Volunteers get badges free for helping with set up and tear down of the show. Please apply here to become a volunteer.
