Buckeye Game Fest 2025 will be held May 1-4, 2025

The War Room at Buckeye Game Fest will be held April 28-May 4, 2025.

Located at the Hyatt Regency at 350 North High Street, connected to the Convention Center in downtown Columbus. You can access our room block here or call the Hyatt directly at 1-614-463-1234 and tell them you're reserving a Buckeye Game Fest 2025 room.

Buckeye Game Fest is central Ohio’s friendliest board gaming convention. This convention has been a local favorite for over two decades. It is best known for our open board gaming space and features the Columbus Area Boardgaming Society's extensive game library. Check out a game you’ve been dying to play, or bring your own. Our main gaming hall doors and tables stay open the whole convention.

Library Hours

• May 1, Thursday: 9 a.m. - Midnight
• May 2, Friday: 9 a.m. - Midnight
• May 3, Saturday: 9 a.m. - Midnight
• May 4, Sunday: 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

To check out a game, you must have a valid BGF 2025 badge and a valid government-issued ID.

• Several FREE events, including Artemis ship bridge simulator, new playtest games, RPGS, Board games, minis, and more!
• Tournaments: TBD
• Annual Raffle, in which 50% of the proceeds will be donated to our charity partner The Spiel Foundation. You can win a weekend stay at Ravenwood Castle, games, Badges to Origins Game Fair, and more!
• Play to Win: Plan newly sealed games for a chance to win them. Each play = One Entry
