For over a decade, your friendly WARBOSS, has been hosting convention events throughout South East Texas. I've met and played with some of the best, most creative, and fair Game-Masters in many different RPG games and tournament events.
These individual Games Masters, I've gathered together for BR&WL-CON. If an event is marked with "Sanctioned BR&WL Event", then one of our verified Games Masters is hosting it.
Though we take pride in all the events we host, these events in particular, we know you will enjoy. The Hosts know the game their running, and have a history of punctuality, fairness, and fun as your GM.
I first met Steven in Friendswood, Texas, when he started helping me run D&D Next and early Adventurers League events. He's been a staple of nearly every convention since, choosing to run events as often as possible.
Another fantastic GM, whom I had the pleasure of seeing play and run several dozen games over the years. Chris brings a unique flair and his own special blend of creativity to every adventure he runs.
In 2014, at Comicpalooza, I met Jason, after his 12-year-old told his dad he needed to check out this cool game called "Dungeons & Dragons". Jason had played many times over the years, but had taken a break. That weekend, though, everything changed again, and shortly thereafter, he and his wife Tama bought a game store! Not only is their store, Golem's Gate, a proud sponsor of BR&WL-CON, but Jason's a great GM too!
At the first Owlcon events I hosted, Chris and I met in the very first Adventurers League games we hosted there. He's been an incredibly reliable and entertaining GM since. His willingness to host OSE as well as modern RPGs makes him a valuable asset to any convention.
One of my most abused players, who has probably died in every campaign I've ever run, in some glorious fashion (Ask him about the Stop-Saw incident someday). David dives deep into some of the rarest and unique RPG games imaginable, bringing you some truly different experiences.
