BR&WL-CON Events & General Schedule

Each day, BR&WL-CON offers you great opportunities to join games, earn BR&WL Tokens, and make friends while defeating enemies.

While we "Just Want to Play!" we also need to mix, mingle and find a good meal! We allow enough time, for BR&WLers to enjoy one of the many restaurants in the Sugar Land Town Center, with up to a 2 hour break between most sessions.

Event Announcements

As major events are finalized, they are announced through the News Updates, the BR&WL Facebook page, and www.brawlcon.com!

To provide hosts the opportunity to attend the Special BR&WL-CON events, those are posted now.

All Hosted events, are scheduled to go public April 21st, to provide BR&WL STAR and BR&WL VANGUARD Badge holders the opportunity for first sign ups.

BR&WL REWARDS

Sunday, Aug 17, 2025 - The First Inaugural BR&WL-CON Rewards will be presented to winning BR&WLers. All Events are scheduled to end to ensure that you're able to attend, and enjoy the Festivities!

Time Slots

To ensure you have as many chances to play as possible, we’ve scheduled the following main time slots that you can expect most games to fall into.

Role-playing Games

RPGs usually take between 3 and 4 hours to complete. BR&WL-CON offers 8 different time slots for you to search and find RPGs to be a part of.

Friday (Aug 15, 2025)

Slot 1:

• 4 Hour games start at 8:00 AM and end at 12:00 PM

• 3 Hour games start at 9:00 AM and end at 12:00 PM

Slot 2:

• 4 Hour games start at 2:00 PM and end at 6:00 PM

• 3 Hour games start at 3:00 PM and end at 6:00 PM

Slot 3:

• 4 Hour games start at 7:00 PM and end at 11:00 PM

• 3 Hour games start at 8:00 PM and end at 11:00 PM

Saturday (Aug 16, 2025)

Slot 4:

• 4 Hour games start at 8:00 AM and end at 12:00 PM

• 3 Hour games start at 9:00 AM and end at 12:00 PM

Slot 5:

• 4 Hour games start at 2:00 PM and end at 6:00 PM

• 3 Hour games start at 3:00 PM and end at 6:00 PM

Slot 6:

• 4 Hour games start at 7:00 PM and end at 11:00 PM

• 3 Hour games start at 8:00 PM and end at 11:00 PM

Sunday (Aug 17, 2025)

Slot 7:

• 4 Hour games start at 8:00 AM and end at 12:00 PM

• 3 Hour games start at 9:00 AM and end at 12:00 PM

Slot 8:

• 4 Hour games start at 1:00 PM and end at 5:00 PM

• 3 Hour games start at 2:00 PM and end at 5:00 PM

Board Games

Boards Games may take up to 4 hours, or be as short as 30 minutes. The schedule for Board Games is available throughout the day.

Friday & Saturday (Aug 15 - 16, 2025)

• Games run between the hours of 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM

Sunday (Aug 17, 2025)

• Games run between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM

War-gaming

War-gaming schedules vary greatly. Check with each to learn the times, and allowances for breaks throughout the day.
