We have recently been alerted to a SCAM being perpetrated at the Toll Booth Exits. When you leave the airport property with your toll ticket and validation from the hotel, your charge should be $0. If the toll booth attendant says you owe money - DO NOT PAY - REQUEST A SUPERVISOR. If a supervisor is not called or does not come, call the police.

• Aviators Ballroom (Age 16+)
• Industry Wing (Cattle Barons, Harvesters, Developers, Wildcatters-Mask Required)
• Carter
• Glasscock
• Grapevine (after 5pm)
• Innovation A&B - (Lobby Level)
• Wetzel - (Lobby Level)

Also check any scheduled room - if any tables are not reserved for specific events, you may use those tables.

What are the Exhibit Hall Hours?

• Sunday: 10am - 5pm
• Monday: 10am - 3pm

Saturday Prize Drawing

Winners come from the attendees that have checked in to this point. While you do not need to be present for the actual drawing (since it is done virtually), you do need to be present to pick up the merchandise the day after the drawing. Saturday Drawing Winners go to the Prize Booth on Sunday for pickup of the bundle. Bundles not picked up by the end of the Exhibit Hall hours will be cycled into the next day's drawing.
