What Lurks Beneath the Sea!?!

Join us on an undersea adventure as we search for the creatures of the deep gaming variety.

Over four days and nights, we’ll play tons of games together, with friends old and new. As per usual, "Open Gaming" is the prime reason we get together, and the BGG Library is anxiously awaiting some loving attention from attendees.

• May 26-29th, 2023- Memorial Day Weekend (9:00am Friday - 3:00pm Monday)
• Hyatt Regency DFW Airport, 2334 North International Parkway, DFW Airport, Texas, USA 75261

Pricing

• Attendees (Age 13+): $75
• Veterans / Active Duty: $65
• Gamers-In-Training (Ages 4-12): $55
• Children ages 0-3 are welcome and do not need a badge, however they MUST be in the presence of parent/guardian at all times.

Tabletop.Events (TTE) Account:

The most important thing you need to know before purchasing a badge is that you (or someone in your party) will need a TTE account, if you don't already have one. (Once this is set up, you can register for any convention hosted via TTE's platform.)

With your TTE account, you are also able to purchase and transfer badges to others (See Friends on TTE).

• Health & Safety Guidelines Please be respectful and kind to everyone, masked and unmasked. We plan to have some spaces where masks and social distancing are required.
• Gamers-in-Training We welcome all of our Gamers-In-Training, no matter what age they are. Parents, when purchasing badges for anyone under 18, you will need to provide emergency contact information during the registration process.

Refunds/Transfers:

Refunds for badges purchased on TTE can be refunded the full amount minus any associated fees (payment processing and TTE support) up until May 23, 2023. See HERE for refund instructions.

Because badges can become available at anytime we will no longer manage an official waitlist.

Email News Updates

We expect to email news updates with information regarding Volunteer SignUps, Badge Transfers, Hotel Information, Exhibitors/Sponsors, Merchandise Pre-Orders, Day One Information, etc. So, please make sure your TTE account is set to allow email from TTE and convention organizers.
