Badges and wristbands MUST be worn in all convention spaces. They are required for access to all meeting spaces (ballrooms, breakout rooms, etc.) assigned to our convention (i.e. Library access, Exhibit Hall access, etc.) and for overall security of our events.
Purchase of badges requires acknowledgement of all Policies.
NOTE: No badges will be sold on site.

Note on Children - BGG.CON has a minimum age of 13 years old. Children under that age, including infants, are not allowed in the meeting spaces (i.e. ballrooms, breakout rooms, exhibit hall, library, etc.).

Note: Instructions for how to purchase your companion's badge will be in your badge confirmation email - you must purchase your premium badge first and checkout, then follow the instructions you will receive in your premium badge confirmation email.
Note that tickets are free for all events at BGG conventions. Though the TTE system may say "Buy Tickets" in various places, it really means "reserve"/"get" - it won't cost you anything over or above the badge purchase.
Badges/Tickets for friends You are allowed to purchase badges for you and your friends on your TTE account. Please review the Friend system for purchasing and giving badges and tickets to your friends.
If your friends do not have TTE accounts, you will need to "buy" any tickets for attendee scheduled games for them, and they will not be able to sign up through the TTE system to volunteer in the library.
Refunds for badges purchased on TTE can be refunded the full amount (minus a 5% refund fee to cover nonrefundable payment processing and TTE platform fees) up until November 17. See HERE for refund instructions.
Purchased badges may be edited (names changed, etc.) through October 15. At that time badge editing will be closed, so we can send currently purchased badges to the professional printer. Badges purchased/edited after that date will still be printed, but may use labels instead of preprinting for badge information.
