You will meet the RCCL agent in baggage claim at Sydney Int'l airport the morning of sailing.

If you are arriving to Sydney a day or more earlier than the date of sailing, you will need to make your way back to Sydney Int'l baggage claim to meet the shuttle bus that morning.
