We have a group contract set up at the Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower
Please use this group booking link to make your reservation. Be sure to change the default dates in the search window (checkout should be on Sunday, June 30th). Notify us directly if you have any difficulty making a reservation - the block may sell out and we only have a limited time to add rooms to it.
We will also be arranging a shuttle transfer from our group hotel, the Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower, to the port. As soon as we have the details, you will be able to purchase this directly through the Merch Link.
We will not however be arranging a group shuttle after the cruise. See "Transportation to/from..." below for other options.
Once you have a confirmed booking on our cruise, you can book your air flights through Royal Caribbean for a seamless experience. Go here to learn more.
Generally, you are responsible for getting to/from the ship. Fly, drive, etc.
Flying In/Out - No matter how you book your flight, you can arrange with the cruise line to have a charter bus pick you up at the airport and deliver you to the cruise port. And you can arrange the same outbound transportation as well. This option is available for purchase here: Port Transfers. Please read the details for this merch item completely - you will need to fill out a Google Form with your flight information so we can get the transfer arranged for you.
If you need to get to/from the port to another destination you will need to arrange your own taxi / Uber / Lyft.
Driving In/Out - If you are driving in, there is usually a monitored parking lot for you to park your vehicle during the week. There is a fee that is handled through the port, not the cruise line. For this cruise, the Barcelona Cruise Port will have information regarding this.
