Important Dates:
June 1: Vendor Applications and VIP Badge Sales go live on Saturday June 1st at Noon Eastern.
August 15: Badge Sales go live with a limited number of VIP, GM, Vendor and Demo badges. Special 'early bird' pricing on Full weekend badges will be available for the first 30 days.
August 15: Event submission opens.
October (First Week): VIP Registration for events goes live.
October (Second Week): General Registration for events goes live.
November 1: Event submission deadline.

We at The RPG Academy podcast have had the extreme good fortune of building a community of wonderful gamers that listen to our podcast and want to play games with us. More than anything, we thrive on interacting with our listeners and fans. This is the true purpose of AcadeCon. In addition to playing games with friends, both old and new, AcadeCon offers almost unprecedented access to some amazing RPG designers, authors, and some of your favorite podcasting personalities. AcadeCon is specifically designed to be a smaller, non-traditional convention. We are not trying to (nor do we want to) compete with or replace the huge conventions that attract a national audience. At our convention, you're going to get access to some of the most amazing GMs and players from all over, a better chance to play in the games you want, the opportunity to spend time and game with special guests, and time to hang out with some of the best gamers in the world—the fans of our show!
Whether you are one of our listeners, are interested in meeting and playing with some of our special guests, or just found us by accident, we hope you'll consider grabbing a badge and sitting down to play games with friends, old and new, with us this November.
AcadeCon 2024 will be our 12th annual gaming convention and we're bringing a Scavenger hunt style theme this year. Each attendee will be given a list of Twelve labors or tasks. Like Play in a game you've never played before, or Attend a Panel, Make a friend, demo a game or buy something from a vendor. If you are able to complete the entire list you'll be given a special custom D12 die. If you are unable to get all 12 you will still have a chance to take one of these home - see registration for details.
