Welcome to CinCityCon 2021!
Vending setup will be available Friday morning, Oct. 1st, but we will email you details closer to the convention with specifics. Setup must be completed by noon on Friday.
This is for a 6 foot table and two chairs. Badges are purchased seperately. Tables are assigned at the discreation of the CinCityCon staff. We will prioritize vendors/designers based on content of sales, previous attendance at our conventions, and when they submitted payment.
All staff attending and manning booths must be vaccinated and show proof to pick up their badge.

Refund Policy: Prior to Sept. 12th, 2021: We will refund 75% of the total. After Sept, 12th 2021, No Refunds Will Be Issued.
A masking mandate at the convention may be implemented with short notice based on COVID activity at the discreation of the convention director in consultation with his staff.
