Q. What is a Dragon Mark Exclusive?

A. It's a game session that is reserved for our most loyal players, and requires unlocking with Dragon Marks, our loyalty points.

Q. Why are some slots Dragon Mark Exclusives and some not?

A. We wanted to "save some seats" for regular players, returning from our other events, but we didn't want to lock new players out, so this was the compromise.

Q. Does unlocking the ticket with Dragon Marks make it free/cheaper?

A. No, it’s just unlocks the ability to purchase the ticket. You’ll still need to purchase the ticket for it's regular price.

Q. Why is the cost for these tickets so high?

A. These are exclusive games that can't be played elsewhere, will never be published, and the money goes to the creator(s) of the adventure, less a small cut for us to cover our overhead.

Q. How many tickets can I buy with an unlock?

A. Only one ticket is allowed per unlock

Q. Can I redeem for additional unlocks?

A. Yes, we don’t have a hard limit on how many times you can redeem (other than the number of Dragon Marks in your account), but retain the right to limit the number of unlocks if we detect abuse.
