Unpub Festival 2025 is March 27-30, 2024 at the BWI Airport Marriott in Linthicum, MD.
Badges and Reserved Blocks are separate items within Tabletop.Events, meaning that you will purchase your badge first, and then may purchase any reserved playtesting blocks ("tickets").
BADGE TYPES
- Blüdle's Buddy ($750) (SOLD OUT) allowing access to all 4 days. This includes Designer Day, the Mixer and all other events. This also includes a full weekend Reserved Block at the table of your choice in the playtesting hall. The table will be reserved for you from 6:00pm Thursday through 5:59pm Sunday.
- 4 Day Badge ($75) allowing access to all 4 days. This includes Designer Day, the Mixer and all other events. You will receive a preprinted badge and swag bag. You MUST purchase this badge type in order purchase a reserved playtesting block.
- 3 Day Badge ($30) allowing access to 3 days, starting at 12:00pm Friday. You will receive a printed badge and swag bag. This badge DOES NOT allow you to reserve any playtesting tables. You are welcome to playtest your game during "open playtesting" hours if a table is available.
- General Badge ($5) allowing access to 3 days, starting 12:00pm Friday. Let us know you're coming, while also supporting Unpub. You will receive a printed badge.
- Publisher Badge ($80) allowing access to all 4 days. This includes Designer Day, the Mixer and all other events. Also includes access to schedule Meeting Rooms.
- Media Badge ($0) allowing access to all 4 days. This includes Designer Day, the Mixer and all other events. Also includes access to schedule Meeting Rooms. All Media Badge holders must complete a Media Badge request
RESERVED PLAYTESTING TABLE TYPES
- 4 Hour Round Table ($60) - 66" round Tables on side of the Playtest hall to facilitate playtesting of Storytelling/RPGs/Large games with 6 chairs per table.
- 4 Hour Rectangular Table ($60) - 6ft long rectangle tables in the Playtest hall with 4 chairs per table.
- 2 Hour Round Table ($35) - 66" round Tables on side of the Playtest hall to facilitate playtesting of shorter Storytelling/RPGs/Large games with 6 chairs per table.
- 2 Hour Rectangular Table ($35) - 6ft long rectangular side of the Playtest hall to facilitate playtesting shorter games with 4 chairs per table.
NOTE: Chair count is total number of chairs; designers are welcome to stand. Chairs cannot be added or moved from other tables.
Reserved Blocks are purchased separately from the Badge using the Tabletop Events Ticketing system.
