Nuclear War

End your day with a bang. Drop a 100 megaton bomb on a friend and hit a nuclear stockpile and destroy the universe in a single spin of the wheel. Will you be able to use propaganda and take their population away peacefully or will you get the dreaded Super GERM and wipeout 25 million of the enemies population in a single card draw? But beware of final retaliation as you get hit with useless propaganda or a 100 megaton bomb.
