General Guidelines for Gamemasters and Attendees

• All gamemasters and attendees must be at least 13 years of age or have your parent’s permission.
• All gamemasters and attendees must read and abide by the U-Con's Conduct Policy. Report violations for U-Con’s conduct policy to customer service (Ops).
• All gamemasters and attendees must abide by the rules concerning masking. Read the policy on U-Con's website
• All participants must have a badge to attend U-Con 2023.
• Attendees choosing to participate in scheduled games will not be able to "double book" themselves as a player for multiple scheduled games. To view your schedule, go to Attend > My Schedule and you can see your schedule on a timeline view and scroll to the bottom to see events you are hosting or are participating in.
• We recommend all TTE users allow us to contact them regarding event submissions/approval/scheduling. Go to your account and at the question "Organizers sometimes need to know your email address to contact you about events you've submitted, or to identify ambiguous names. Will you allow all organizers to see your email address?" make sure you have specified "Organizers are allowed to see my email to identify and contact me."

Additional Guidelines for Gamemasters

• All gamemasters must tidy your space before you leave your table.
• All gamemasters must let us know if you need to cancel your game.

Important Dates

• July 15: Event submission opens
• August 26 at Noon ET: Badges on sale / events preview available
• Saturday Sept 9 at Noon ET: Event tickets and volunteer shifts Go Live / Preregistration
• TDB: last day to reserve your room at the Marriott
• November 3 at 9pm ET: preregistration discount expires
• November 9 at 9pm ET: Self-refund deadline on TTE
• November 15: Event submission closes
• November 16, 7-8pm: Early Badge Pickup
• November 17-19: U-Con Gaming Convention 2023!

After creating badges or tickets, be sure to select the "Checkout" button. Even though most tickets are included with your badge, you must still click "Checkout" to reserve them.
