General Guidelines for Gamemasters and Attendees

• All gamemasters and attendees must be at least 13 years of age or have your parent’s permission.
• All gamemasters and attendees must read and abide by the U-Con's Conduct Policy. Report violations for U-Con’s conduct policy to customer service (Ops).
• All gamemasters and attendees must abide by the TBD rules concerning vaccination and masking. U-Con's goal is to determine such rules early enough for GMs to make a final decision on attending.
• Have a badge to attend U-Con 2022.
• Attendees choosing to participate in Attendee Scheduled Games will not be able to "double book" themselves for multiple Attendee Scheduled Games as a player. To view your schedule, go to Attend > My Schedule and you can see your schedule on a timeline view and scroll to the bottom to see events you are hosting or are participating in.
• We recommend all TTE users allow BGG Events to contact them regarding event submissions/approval/scheduling. Go to your account and at the question "Organizers sometimes need to know your email address to contact you about events you've submitted, or to identify ambiguous names. Will you allow all organizers to see your email address?" make sure you have specified "Organizers are allowed to see my email to identify and contact me."

Additional Guidelines for Gamemasters

• All gamemasters must tidy your space before you leave your table.
• All gamemasters must let us know if you need to cancel your game.

Important Dates

• Jun 19: Event submission opens
• Aug 1: Events preview available
• Friday Sept 2: Preregistration opens for badges and tickets – at 11am ET!
• Sep 6: last day to reserve your room at the Marriott (or until space runs out)
• Sep 15: Event submission closes
• Sep 24 at 11:45pm: preregistration pricing expires, badge prices raise to onsite pricing (be sure to "Checkout")
• Sep 25: online registration available at onsite prices
• Sep 29 at 11:59pm: online registration closes
• October 7-9: U-Con Gaming Convention 2022!

Important Note about TTE

After creating badges or tickets, be sure to select the "Checkout" button. Even though most tickets are included with your badge, you must still click "Checkout" to reserve them.
