2025 - Welcome Vendors and Exhibitors

Thank you for your interest in retailing at Total Confusions 2025 season held at the Best Western Hotel in Marlborough, Massachusetts February 20 through 23, 2025. As in previous years we have two options for your retail needs, our vendor hall and exhibitor hallway.

Total Confusion's Vendor Hall has booth spaces for game stores, game companies, artists, and other businesses that want to sell products, connect with hundreds of gamers, and expand networks in the local gaming community while having some fun too! The vendor hall has the additional benefit secured rooms for after hours.

Quick notes NEW in 2025:

  • New hours for vendor hall, and setup times
  • New payment terms (50% by Oct 31st/Balance by Jan 15th)
  • Some guidelines for vendor’s products
  • Restricted inventory

Our booth Layout reflects the benefits we've learned in having a little more space in the room. This helps the flow of traffic and gives a less congested feel. Some booths have been reclassified in 2024 for the footprint of the space, and some new booths are available as we’ve ADDED AN ADDITIONAL ROOM!

Booths MUST allow for clear space between neighboring vendors to gain access to their own space. This space has already been factored into the layout scheme but please do not encroach into that space when considering your booths layout space..

The vendor hall is located at the beginning of the main hallway, close to all the gaming action. The additional room is directly across from the vendor hall. Security is on hand each day and the halls are locked each night. Prices include two weekend registrations per booth. Hours for the hall are sensible for the vendors and allow for time for breakfast and evenings free to game or relax.

Vendor setup time: Vendors access begins Thursday the 20th from 12pm - 8pm and Friday the 21st from 8am until 10am when the vendor hall we be opened to the public.

Time for breakdown in vendor hall: Sunday after room closes at 2pm.

Vendor hall hours

  • FRI: 10:00am-7:00pm
  • SAT: 10:00am-7:00pm
  • SUN: 10:00am-2:00pm

Prices are:

  • A booth: 3 six foot tables for $650
  • B booth: 1 six foot tables for $500
  • C booth: 1 six foot table for $225

Vendors should be at their booths for opening on Friday at 10am. Please make arrangements for this.

Multiple booths cannot be purchased without prior approval by the vendor director, and preference will be given to vendors that work within preset space.

The price is per booth for all days the vendor hall is open. Booth space can only subdivide with prior approval.

Vendors can not dismantle their booths until the vendor hall closes on the final day and must remove all materials or be subject to storage fees. Vendors may stay after hours on the final day but security will not be provided. After 7pm on Sunday, (the official close of the convention) vendors may be charged a fee by the hotel.

Total Con Exhibitor Hallway is an excellent way for game designers, local artists, self publishers, and local gaming groups to come in and showcase their products or services. This is a great way to connect with gamers, get your products seen by industry guests, podcasters, local stores and more. It is all about networking, getting feedback, promotions, and a marketplace to sell self-published product. Large stores or companies will find exhibitors hallway too small for their needs.

Tables are $150 for standard section, and $200 for a special Alcove space.

Only one table is offered per exhibitor unless prior approval is given by the Exhibit Row Coordinator.

Exhibitors can manage their table time as they may need, but are encouraged to stay the same amount of time as the vendor hall at a minimum. Exhibitors have the benefit of selling an additional day as well as tables are available THURSDAY through Sunday.

Any Vendor or Exhibitor who fails to show by the deadline and who has not contacted Total Confusion for late start permission, will be considered in default.

Please view "Agree to Terms" for Vendors or Exhibitors on the application and acknowledge you have read the policies. Vendors may enter the Vendor hall 30 minutes before the opening of the Vendor hall and depart up to 30 minutes after the Vendor hall closes.

Note on retail product pricing. We understand that the industry is competitive with new products coming out each year and older products become collectors items. We request that products brought to the show are reasonably priced (fair market value). If something in your inventory has “hyper inflated” due to demand we request that you don’t include it in your inventory. If something in your inventory is in question, please don’t hesitate to inquire.

We request that items such as smoking products, CBD or THC items not to be included in your inventory.
