2023 - Welcome Vendors and Exhibitors
Total Confusion's Vendor Hall has booth spaces for game stores, game companies, artists, and other businesses that want to sell products, connect with hundreds of gamers, and expand networks in the local gaming community while having some fun too!
Booth Layout Our layout reflects the benefits we've learned in having a little more space in the room, we'll continue with the layout for 2023 and adjust for future years as needed.
Booths *MUST * allow for clear space between neighboring vendors to gain access to to their own space, we encourage vendors to take this in consideration when planning their space.
The vendor hall is located at the beginning of the main hallway, close to all the gaming action. Security is on hand each day and the hall is locked each night. Prices include two weekend registrations per booth. Hours for the hall are sensible for the vendors, and allow for time for breakfast and evenings free to game or relax.

Time for selling in the vendor hall FRI: 12:00-7:00 SAT: 10:00-7:00 SUN: 10:00-2:00

Multiple booths cannot be purchased without prior approval by the vendor coordinator, and preference will be given to vendors that work within preset space.
The price is per booth for all days the Vendor hall is open. NEW: Booth space can only subdivided with prior approval.
TotalCon invites Exhibitors to purchase exhibit space in the main hallway for game designers, local artists, self publishers, and local gaming groups to come in and showcase their products or services. This is a great way to connect with gamers, get your products seen by industry guests, podcasters, local stores and more. It is all about networking, getting feedback, and promotions, and a marketplace to sell self published product. No large stores or companies are permitted in the Exhibitor Row.
Tables are $150 for standard section, and $175 for a special Alcove space. The alcove space is currently booked for 2023.
Only one table is offered per exhibitor unless prior approval is given by the Exhibit Row Coordinator. If you are interested, please download the Exhibitor Packet
New for 2023 Indie Alley
We are thrilled to introduce a new way for independent game publishers to demo and sell their games at Total Confusion - Indie Alley!
For both board games and role playing games - Indie Alley will feature three independent publishers per day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. For a $20 fee, publishers will devote a third of their day demoing their game in the board games and RPG areas. They will be able to promote and sell their product at an Exhibitor booth when not demoing their games. One day per publisher for the length of the convention is permitted to allow more publishers to take advantage of this special offer. The booth comes with one free day badge. An additional day badge for an assistant may be purchased for a discounted price of $10.
The shared Exhibitor booth is a 6’x30” booth in the main hallway. The location is table E9 on the exhibitor row map. Exhibitors at Indie Alley will be displaying their product and (if space allows) will be able to demo them at the booth. Each exhibitor will share one half of the booth when they are not in the game halls demoing their games.
If you’re interested, please contact Ben Gerber at ben@totalcon.com for details. Days and demoing times are given on a first come, first serve basis. Indie Alley exhibitors are responsible for submitting their events into the system through the TotalCon 34 tabletop events page.
NOTE: Vendors setup starts on Thursday from Noon to 7:00 PM. Set up for Exhbitors and Vendors startes Friday from 8:00AM to Noon. Friday 12pm is the deadline for all Vendors and Exhbitors to be ready for Total Confusion and must be present for all three days.
Any Vendor or Exhibitor who fails to show by the deadline and who has not contacted Total Confusion for late start permission will be considered in default.
Please view "Agree to Terms" for Vendors or Exhibitors on the application and acknowledge you have read the policies.
Vendors may enter the Vendor hall 30 minutes before the opening of the Vendor hall and depart up to 30 minutes after the Vendor hall closes.
Exhibitors can manage their table time as they may need, but are encouraged to stay the same amount of time as the vendor hall at a minimum. Exhibitors have the benefit of selling an additional day as well as tables are available THURSDAY through Sunday.
Vendors can not dismantle their booths until the vendor hall closes on the final day and must remove all materials or be subject to storage fees. Vendors may stay after hours on the final day but security will not be provided. After 5pm on Sunday, (the official close of the convention) vendors may be charged a fee by the hotel.
