The ROSE Con

The ROSE Con is not your typical board game convention, it's a vacation centered around not only board games but your physical, mental and emotional well-being. Join us to take break from the chaos, go for a swim, a walk in the woods and of course board games. The convention is being held a Green Lake Conference Center (GLCC) in rural Wisconsin. GLCC is a unique facility and was chosen for a variety of reasons including its beautiful remote location and beautiful lake views. It’s not a traditional convention location but we hope that’s part of why you’ll choose ROSE as one of your convention experiences for 2025. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ANYONE NOT STAYING AT GLCC:

Attendees who stay on-site will pay for meals when they book their rooms. There are food options nearby, but none close by. If you would like to eat with everyone rather than finding food offsite, you'll need to make a reservation as a day guest with GLCC and per purchase your meal. This option is only available till June 11, 2025 (2 weeks before the event). Meal Times: o Breakfast: 7:30a-8:30a o Lunch: 12:00p-1:00p o Dinner: 5:00a-6:00p Concessions will be available for purchase throughout the day. Cost per person for all above meals at discounted group rates: * - Ages 12 and over: $146.25/person - Ages 5-11: $103.25/person - Children 4 and under are free with a paying parent.

Flying In? You may want to rent a vehicle, but we intend to have a shuttle service for a reasonable fee from MKE and ATW. Please email TheRoseCon@outlook.com if you are interested in shuttle service from ATW or MKE.

Milwaukee International Airport (MKE) is the closest major airport. GLCC is a 1 hr 45 min drive from the Milwaukee airport. Milwaukee is a hub for Southwest.

Appleton International Airport (ATW) GLCC is approximately a 1 hour drive from ATW. Appleton is a hub for Delta. Chicago O'Hare (ORD) GLCC is approximately 3 hr drive from Chicago.
