The Ettin 2025

What to Expect

The Ettin is a one-day tabletop RPG event open to all game systems. There will be three 4-hour game sessions starting at 9:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and 7:00 PM, with one-hour breaks between sessions.

We’re also hosting a Gaming Garage Sale. Bring your games, books, or gear to sell! You’ll be responsible for labeling your items with a QR code linked to your preferred payment platform.

Hey there, adventurers!

Come and join the Evanston Tabletop Initiative for our second annual event, which will take place at the American Legion Post 42 in Evanston, Illinois, on September 27th 2025.

The event's format is simple: three four-hour gaming sessions with an hour break in between. This is an excellent opportunity for new players to try rolling their dice and learn, and for experienced players to run games of all kinds.

Are you interested in brewing up your adventure to run at your table? We will be accepting proposals from Game Masters through August.
