You can find the submission form on TableTop.Events but will need to log in first.

If you want to run/host something but need help, just shoot me the details (name, description, duration, preferred start times, max players, if you're playing, etc.) by DM, in the reply thread, or by email at treasurer@tricityareagaming.org

What are tickets and spaces?

When the form mentions tickets, those are just seats at the table(s). There's no charge to attend events within TAGCON.

Also, when the form asks "Will event host also play the game?" that will subtract one from the ticket (seat) count so make sure your ticket count accounts for that if you select yes.

Third, "spaces" are tables and should just be set to 1 for almost all events.

Types of Tables

We have special 'T' tables for running RPGs that accommodate 5+1 or 6+1, but the site will let you go up to 8 seats, so keep that in mind when scheduling your event!

If you do want to be placed in our scheduled board games area, we have two 6' tables laid end-to-end that can accommodate up to 8 people.

Yes, as we have done in the past, 8 hours of scheduled games and/or volunteering will get you a free badge for the entire weekend.
