Please fill out our application, so we can make sure we have a good variety of vendors for our attendees to shop with.

We don't charge a fee upfront for booth spaces, instead all vendors are considered event sponsors and will accept $10 Game Host Rewards at face value throughout the weekend with the first quantity covering what we would have charged you for the booth space being on you.

Additional Game Host Rewards accepted at face value will be paid out to you at a 20% discount (eg. we'll give you $8 for every Game Host Reward beyond the value of your booth that you accept).

As a Sponsor Illustrator Writer Crafter Maker you agree to honor our Game Host Rewards at a $10 face value from Game Hosts to spend at your booth - the first $400 (40 Game Host Rewards) spent at your booth are on you, in lieu of up front payment for Booth Space size of 8' x 8' (6' table, 2 chairs). Game Host Rewards spent at your booth after the first 40, will be paid out to you at a 20% discount, Tabletop Utopia will pay you $8 per Game Host Reward redeemed beyond the first 40.

Sponsor Vendors will receive a 10' deep by 20' wide booth space.

As a sponsor vendor you agree to honor our Game Host Rewards at a $10 face value from Game Hosts to spend at your booth - the first $1,100 (110 Game Host Rewards) spent at your booth are on you, in lieu of up front payment for booth space. Game Host Rewards spent at your booth after the first 110, will be paid out to you at a 20% discount, Tabletop Utopia will pay you $8 per Game Host Reward redeemed beyond the first 110.
