The “Tabletop Adventure Con” is an event that will be held on Saturday, October 19th, 2024 from 8:30am to 10pm and Sunday October 20th 9am to 4pm in Warsaw, Indiana. This is a fund raising event to raise funds to provide some added support to families The Healing Road LLC serves. Proceeds from the event go to reducing therapy cost to those families over the holidays.
Concessions will be sold on site.
Proceeds from the concession sales will go towards raising funds for Kosciusko Cares Youth Services!
Saturday October 19th, 2024:
Doors open at 8:30am and close at 10pm. Last game Check out is at 8:30 pm.
Sunday October 20th, 2024
Doors open at 9am and close at 4pm. Last game Check out is at 2:30 pm.
Attendees will have access to the Game Library Provided by The Gen Con Games Library (Lending Library Logistics), Vendors, and Other events.
Vendor Hall Hours
This year, with having a bigger space, we have expanded the vendor area. The vendor hall will be open from 10am to 6pm Saturday October 19th, and Sunday October 20th from 10am to 4pm. There is a lot to see and do!
Board Game Consignment

Consignment Final Hour Sale: Saturday October 19th 5pm - 6pm.

Attendees age 17 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
Food and drinks (Concessions) will be sold on site by the Warsaw Community High School. Concessions sales go to support the Warsaw High School Athletics Program.

If you bring at least 2 None perishable food items to the door to donate to Kosciusko Combined Community Services you will save $5 on the price of one individual , child, or family admission. Per individual, child, or family admission. $5 max off the price on one admission type per person.
(Example: Two people come with at least 2 items each, they will each receive $5 off each of their admission. A family brings at least 2 items and receives $5 off a family admission. A parent and a child come with at least 2 items each would get $5 off the individual admission and $5 off the child admission. An individual would not receive $5 off per every two items. If you bring more than two nonperishable food items would be Great! However, it is still max $5 off the admission).

Event Purpose
The main purpose of the event is to raise mental health awareness, the importance of play, and the importance of togetherness. This is a fundraising event for The Healing Road LLC. We hope to raise enough funds to reduce the cost of services to the individuals and families The Healing Road LLC serves over the holidays. Through this event, individuals can have an opportunity to play games and connect with others. Families will also have the opportunity play together and learn together.

The purpose of The Healing Road LLC is to provide quality and affordable counseling and consulting services. The Healing Road LLC understands that life can be difficult and people can lose their way. That is why the road to healing is so important. People do not have to stay in a place of fear and confusion. When they are ready to begin their journey The Healing Road LLC will be here to walk with them on the road to healing.

To bring healing and restore hope to those that have been hurt by life’s transgressions, and equip them with tools to build confidence and strength.
Coming both days and you don't want to skip church? Mission Point Community Church has you covered! Mission Point Community Church hosts two church services in the performing Arts Center of the Warsaw Community High School (1 Tiger Ln, Warsaw, IN 46580), on the south east side of the building. Their services are at 9am and 10:45am on Sunday morning.

The Tabletop Adventure Con will be held in the Warsaw Community High School. This event will be held in the T-rac (Indoor Track of the school). Concessions will be sold on site. All food and non-water beverages should remain off the courts. There will be tables set up outside of the T-rac and on the track for food consumption. No food is to go past the track and nothing but water can on the courts, if possible.
The Healing Road LLC is bringing in the Gen Con Games Library, Lending Library Logistics, so you can have an amazing time playing games all day!
