TableCon 2023: SKYWARD

TableCon is three days of board gaming in Northwest Arkansas, hosted by the League of Meeples (501.c.3). This year marks our third convention, and the second at the Rodeo of the Ozark's Convention Hall.

WHAT: All ages are welcomed to come learn and play new board games from the expansive board game library or bring your own board games to play with friends. Meet up with old friends and make new friends to join in the fun with Play-to-Win (P2W) games (play the game to be entered to take home the game), drawings and giveaways, tournaments, swap meet, and more at this family-friendly, board game convention.

WHEN: November 3-5, 2023

  • Friday - 10 a.m. to midnight

  • Saturday - 10 a.m. to midnight

  • Sunday - 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

WHERE: Rodeo of the Ozarks (1499 E Emma Ave, Springdale, Arkansas 72765). This is the large event building in the NE corner of the Rodeo of the Ozarks parking lot, accessible off Emma.


  • 3-day Badges are $40 through November 1.

After November 1, badges $50 at the door (and the day before, to allow time for printing/assembly). This includes entry into the convention for the entire weekend, a free game (first 250 badges), door prizes, open gaming, free events, library access, play-to-wins (P2W), and more!


There will be several returning favorites (Swap Meet, Klask tournament, etc.) and many new favorites! Event registration begins July 1.

What is the differences between a Badge and a Ticket?

A badge gets you in the door, access to the play to wins/library, and the open gaming areas, along with free games and door prizes. A badge will also let you create (submit) and join EVENTS after July 1.

Each seat/spot at an event is called a "ticket" in the system. While most events have free tickets, some have a small cost for supplies, due to the nature of the event, etc.


What is "Play to Win"??

A large portion of the games available to checkout will be given away at the end of the convention. Play selected "P2W" games and have a chance to take them home with you at the end of the convention. (A partnership with Double Exposure to provide even more titles to win)

You must pick up your games by 5 p.m. Sunday, or they will be donated to a local board game charity!

We will be also doing a random drawing for any games that do not see any play.

What other perks are there?

Free Game with badge purchase (for the first 250 badges).

Giveaways! Several games and accessories have been donated from publishers, charities, and individuals to be given away during the convention. Must be present to win!

Concessions! As in years past, cookie, chips, candy, soda, energy drinks, and other items will be available for purchase.
