Terms and Policies

The Dungeon Alliance Inc. (the "Organizer") would like our attendees to have a safe, inclusive, and fun gaming experience. We have created a Code of Conduct to help promote this experience. ALL Summer Knights Online Charity Con 3 ("Summer Knights") attendees must accept all terms, policies and waivers listed below.

Code of Conduct and General Waiver of Liability

By accepting and using a Summer Knights badge, the holder hereby: (i) agrees to adhere to the Summer Knights Code of Conduct and (ii) releases the Organizer from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right, or any other claim or course of action of any kind.

The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove from the online venue any person, under the Organizer's sole and absolute discretion, who is behaving, or threatening to behave, in a manner that is disruptive to the event or other attendees.

Refunds

All purchases of Summer Knights badges are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason unless an event is canceled or as expressly stated in writing in advance. In no event shall the fees payable to Tabletop.events in connection with the purchase of any Summer Knights badge be refundable in any circumstance.
